Delivery Options
Outbound Calls
•All outbound calls are billed against the monthly call allowance, included with the selected answering service plan.
-Overages are billed in the proper call tier.
Cross Connect
-We connect the caller to you
-Costs $0.75 per occurrence -is automatically combined with the outbound calls feature. Each cross connect counts as 1 out bound call (per dial out) and then the cross connect fee only if the caller is connected to you.

Patching / Call transfer
When you have an emergency, a sale, or just a client who needs to speak to you, our live operator will transfer the call to where you need per your instructions. You agree to the call after we place the caller on hold so, you will only be charged should you agree to the transfer.

If you have an answering service account we'll set appointments. You won't have to count them since with unlimited appointment setting you can bring clients into your business and our live operators will be available to help you.
Appointment confirmation
You've set appointments for the week or day and you need to make sure your clients or patients will attend. All you have to do is fax us the schedule or give us access to your calandar and for the cost of an outbound call we'll confirm your appointments for your business. For the price of an inbound call you can convienantly let our operators what's going on without calling into our service. Telephone answering is easy with our answering service. We can provide you with a toll free number at no additional cost to our call answering service. You can be in Ansonia or Beverly Hills and we'll be able to answer your call. In most cases we can also provide you with a local number as well.
